One unit contains 5 pairs of patches (each pack with 2 pads)

1. thoroughly clean and dry face.
2. apply the patches under both eyes during the eyelash extensions procedure.
3. If you keep them in the fridge the cooling effect will guarantee an absolute refreshed appearance
4. After 15-20 min remove the patches slowly from the edges do not rinse afterwards.

My personal recommendation is:
use them for yourself as often as possible. Once applied under your eye you can leave them there while you do other work in your house. If you then take them off you look so refreshed relaxed and even younger - you will love them.

We offer free on orders over 75 EUR. Delivery time depends on courier services. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the express service.

We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.

International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
