The Professionals Secret for Flawless Eyelashes. Say 'goodbye' to the traditional 'squeeze' curler that can pinch and break your lashes.
Can be used with or without mascara. The HEATED EYELASH CURLER is safe portable and easy to use. The result is a natural curl that will last all day. The curler is designed to create a perfect curl by using a gentle heat activation to set the eye lashes into a more prominent curl. It works without the use of clamping or excessive pressure which can in some cases damage the lashes.
Heats up in 30 seconds to help curl and untangle the lashes. Can be used on natural lashes and eyelash extensions to enhance the curvature of the lashes. The gentle heat is safe for use with eyelash extensions. For those who prefer lashes to be more curly than the natural J-curl this is the perfect tool.
Instructions
Step 1:
Before using please use clean water to wet the eyelashes. Once the eyelash curler is heated and ready place the curler in the middle section of mascara-free but wet lashes. Start at the base of the lashes and brush upwards.
Step 2:
Hold the curler at the tip of the lashes gently pushing backwards on the lashes and holding for up to three seconds.
Step 3:
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 on both of the remaining sides of the eyelashes. If lashes are not curled enough repeat the process starting from the middle section once again. Once the desired amount of curl is achieved turn off the curler replace the cap and store the unit until next session.

*We offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not be dispatched until Monday. The exception is for custom orders, but anything beyond our standard dispatch time is communicated before and at checkout.
We offer free on orders over 75 EUR. Delivery time depends on courier services. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the express service.
We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.
International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
