At XXL Lashes, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and deliver them as smoothly as possible worldwide.

1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship worldwide.
However, some products, shipping methods, or destinations may be unavailable at checkout due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations, customs requirements, hazardous-goods rules, service availability, or technical limitations.
We reserve the right to restrict or decline shipping to certain destinations, products, or order types where necessary.
2. Processing times
Orders are normally processed and dispatched on business days, meaning Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain and operational closure periods.
Orders placed before 12:00 (Spain time) are normally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that time are normally dispatched on the next business day.
These handling times are targets and not guarantees. During peak periods, promotions, public holidays, technical issues, stock checks, fraud checks, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer.
If payment is made by a method that requires manual verification or settlement, dispatch may be delayed until payment has been confirmed.
3. Shipping methods and carriers
Shipping methods depend on the destination country, parcel weight, parcel size, product type, and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Our main shipping partners may include Correos, SEUR, DHL, DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, and other logistics providers or local delivery partners where appropriate.
The carriers and delivery options displayed at checkout are those currently available for the relevant order.
If a customer has a specific request to use or avoid a particular carrier, they should contact us before placing the order or as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee that a specific carrier or delivery method will be available for every destination, product, or order.
4. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown for guidance only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
- Spain: usually 1–5 business days
- Europe: usually 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: usually 3–21 business days
Where available, we may also offer faster services, such as:
- Express shipping: usually around 2–4 business days depending on service and destination
- DHL Express / super express shipping: usually around 24–48 hours, where available and operational
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Customs clearance, weather events, high seasonal volumes, remote delivery areas, regulatory checks, carrier delays, and other events outside our control may extend delivery times.
5. Shipping charges and current shipping options
Shipping costs and methods may differ depending on the destination country, parcel weight, parcel size, product type, and the courier or logistics company used.
Your final and binding shipping cost will always be the shipping amount shown at checkout before you complete your order. If there is any difference between this page and the checkout, the checkout price and shipping method shown at checkout will prevail.

6. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees
For shipments outside the European Union, and in any other case where import formalities apply, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, customs handling fees, brokerage charges, or similar charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise.
If a shipment is delayed, returned, destroyed, or refused because customs duties, taxes, or required import procedures were not completed by the customer, we are not responsible for any resulting loss, delay, or additional cost, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Delivery address accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact details, and any delivery instructions provided at checkout are complete and accurate.
If an order cannot be delivered, is delayed, is returned, or incurs additional charges because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any resulting re-shipping costs, return charges, storage charges, or other actual costs incurred.
If the delivery issue results from an error on our side, we will, as appropriate, re-ship the goods at our cost or offer another suitable solution.
8. Failed delivery, refused delivery, and unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is refused by the recipient, not collected in time, undeliverable for customer-related reasons, or returned to us by the carrier for reasons not attributable to us, we may, where legally permitted, deduct the original shipping cost and any return, storage, handling, or carrier surcharge actually incurred, and refund the remaining balance once the goods have been returned to us and assessed.
If the customer prefers re-shipment, new shipping charges and any carrier return charges may need to be paid before the parcel is sent again.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights.
9. Delays in transit
Once an order has been dispatched on time, delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, remote-area routing, public holidays, transport disruptions, or other external events are generally outside our direct control.
We do not accept liability for carrier delays that occur after proper dispatch, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
If we fail to dispatch an order within our stated handling timeframe or within any separately agreed dispatch period, please contact us and we will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in line with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
10. Delivered but not received / lost parcel claims
If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but the customer believes it has not been received, the customer must contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask the customer to confirm the delivery address, check with household members, neighbours, reception, parcel lockers, or safe places, verify whether the parcel was left with a third party, and provide any relevant information that may assist an investigation.
We will then assess the matter on a case-by-case basis, which may include opening an investigation with the carrier.
A tracking status of “delivered” does not automatically resolve the matter, but it also does not automatically mean that a refund or replacement is due. Outcomes depend on the circumstances, the carrier investigation, proof available, and any applicable legal rights.
11. Damaged parcels and visible delivery issues
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that the customer take clear photographs of the outer packaging and contents, keep all packaging materials, and contact us as soon as possible.
This helps us assess the issue and, where appropriate, submit a claim with the carrier or offer a suitable remedy.
12. Split shipments
We reserve the right to ship an order in multiple consignments where appropriate, for example if an item is temporarily out of stock, part of the order is ready earlier, products must be shipped separately for logistical or regulatory reasons, or this is the most practical way to complete the order.
Where we decide to split a shipment for our own operational reasons, we will normally bear the additional outbound shipping cost ourselves unless otherwise agreed.
13. PO boxes and parcel lockers
We may ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers where the selected carrier and destination support such delivery.
However, not all products, shipping methods, or carriers are compatible with PO boxes or parcel lockers. If a selected address type is not supported, we may contact the customer for an alternative address or cancel the affected order.
14. Risk and transfer of responsibility
For consumers, where we arrange dispatch, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods generally passes when the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier.
If the consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by us, risk may pass earlier to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For business customers, risk may pass earlier where permitted by applicable law or agreed contractually.
15. Order availability and shipping restrictions
All orders are subject to stock availability and shipping feasibility.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order before dispatch, remove products from an order, request additional address or identity verification, substitute a shipping method, or restrict quantities where reasonably necessary due to fraud concerns, stock issues, shipping restrictions, product restrictions, carrier limitations, or compliance requirements.
If we cancel a paid order before dispatch, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
16. Subscription and recurring-delivery orders
For subscription or recurring-delivery products, shipping frequency is generally selected by the customer at checkout or within the subscription settings.
Dispatch timing for each recurring shipment may vary slightly depending on weekends, public holidays, operational schedules, payment authorization, stock checks, and carrier availability.
If a customer wishes to pause, change, or cancel a subscription shipment, this must generally be done before the next billing or processing date.
