Le limage garantit que la case adhère parfaitement à la surface de l’ongle naturel. Vous n’êtes pas obligé de procéder à un limage en profondeur si suffit de retirer une fine couche pour que l’ongle devienne mat. Vous devez vous assurer que vous limez les côtés des ongles et les bords latéraux à la base de l’ongle.
Laissez tout simplement la base durcir pendant 120 secondes sous la lampe à UV ou pendant 30 secondes sous la lampe LED. En suivant ces instructions de soin vous pouvez être certain que votre XXL Lacline durera aussi longtemps que possible.
DELIVERY
*We offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not be dispatched until Monday. The exception is for custom orders, but anything beyond our standard dispatch time is communicated before and at checkout.
We offer free on orders over 75 EUR. Delivery time depends on courier services. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the express service.
We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.
International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
