Use this page to withdraw from your contract or request a return for your XXL Lashes order. This online withdrawal function is provided in line with EU consumer rules and Directive (EU) 2023/2673. The statutory withdrawal period is usually 14 days, but XXL Lashes extends its return window to 30 days where possible. Even after this period, our team is always happy to review your request and look for a fair goodwill solution.
