❤️ Dans la pratique, ces cils individuels sont également appelés "cils de vison", ou "cils de soie", bien qu'ils ne soient pas fabriqués à partir de vison ou de fibre de soie. Ils sont très appréciés des stylistes pour leur légèreté et leur aspect naturel, ainsi que pour leur capacité à créer davantage de volume.
❤️ La technique ou méthode 1:1 consiste à ajouter un cil artificiel individuel à chaque cil naturel pour donner un aspect naturel.
❤️La technique du Volume consiste à regrouper quelques cils, à en coller les extrémités pour former un éventail et à les attacher à des cils naturels individuels pour un look encore plus glamour.
❤️ Ces cils sont fabriqués à partir de polymères synthétiques hypoallergéniques et de microfibres élastiques. Cela leur confère les mêmes caractéristiques que les cheveux naturels sans qu'aucune substance organique, quelle qu'elle soit, ne soit utilisée.
Les fibres PBT offrent des propriétés de rétention de la courbure et permettent ainsi de maintenir leur forme incurvée. Les extensions sont faciles à poser et à enlever. Elles sont confortables à porter, et lorsqu'elles sont appliquées correctement selon les instructions, elles ne provoquent pas d'irritation de la peau dans la zone des yeux et n'endommagent pas les cils naturels.
❤️ Un plateau contient environ 4000 cils. Ils sont étroitement emballés en rangées sur des bandes et peuvent être commodément pris individuellement dans la boîte. Les clients apprécient particulièrement la boîte qui comprend 7 longueurs différentes.

DELIVERY
*We offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not be dispatched until Monday. The exception is for custom orders, but anything beyond our standard dispatch time is communicated before and at checkout.
We offer free on orders over 75 EUR. Delivery time depends on courier services. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the express service.
We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.
International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
