XXL Lashes propose deux qualités d'adhésifs pour répondre aux attentes des stylistes dont les besoins évoluent en fonction des modes. D'un point de vue pratique, les deux types d'adhésifs ont leurs applications spécifiques:


L'adhésif hydrofuge est en fibres synthétique perforée, il est souple et laisse respirer la peau. Sa surface lisse facilite la pose des cils parce que ceux-ci se détachent aisément du ruban sans être abîmés si jamais un excès de colle risque d'agréger les cils. Grâce à sa trame résistante, cet adhésif évite de traumatiser la peau lorsque les extrémités des pincettes appuient pour appliquer les extensions de cils.

L’adhésif en fibre textile convient parfaitement lorsqu'il faut maintenir fermée la paupière supérieure, comme sur la 3ème photo.

Astuce: prévoir une languette:

Pour faciliter le nettoyage de la pierre de jade ou de cristal, vous préparez une languette d'adhésif que vous collez sur le support. Celle-ci vous permettra de récupérer les gouttes de colle.

Une nouvelle astuce:

Enroulez l'extrémité du ruban sur lui-même pour simplifier son utilisation ultérieure.


Si la force adhésive du ruban est trop intense pour la peau délicate du contour des yeux, collez-le d'abord sur le dos de la paume du client, décollez-le puis utilisez-le autour des yeux.



DELIVERY

*We offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not be dispatched until Monday. The exception is for custom orders, but anything beyond our standard dispatch time is communicated before and at checkout.

We offer free on orders over 75 EUR. Delivery time depends on courier services. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the express service.

We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.

International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
