The cleanser's most important quality is that it has no negative effect on the bond strength of XXL Lashes adhesives.
Cleans the clients eyelid and lashes in a safe and effective way from makeup.
❤️ The micellar cleanser is one of the 'softies' among the eyelash cleansing products. It cleanses the eyelashes and eyelid deep clean but is super gentle. Nano-small particles in the cleanser make the big difference here - and enable gentle eyelash washing.
❤️ A micellar water is a watery lotion containing micelles. Micelles are nano-small surfactants i.e. washing-active molecules that can remove grease- and water-soluble particles. They act like a magnet on dirt and make-up. This is mainly due to their structure.
❤️ That is why micellar water cleanses quickly easily and particularly gently and effectively. It is now part of the standard equipment in the eyelash salon and bathroom cabinet for many.
❤️ Micellar water contains no alcohol which limits the risk of skin irritation. It also maintains the skin's protective acid mantle. In addition unlike tap water micellar water has the advantage of not containing chlorine or lime.
One spray bottle contains 30ml of cleansing fluid.
DELIVERY
*We offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not be dispatched until Monday. The exception is for custom orders, but anything beyond our standard dispatch time is communicated before and at checkout.
We offer free on orders over 75 EUR. Delivery time depends on courier services. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the express service.
We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.
International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
