Lash Lifting is similar to an eyelash perm. Whereas perming entails bending the natural eyelashes around small rollers making the eyelashes look shorter Lash Lifting involves stretching them upright from the base itself. Instructions .... only 10 steps to beautifully lifted eyelashes:
- Cleaning and degreasing: Eyelashes should be thoroughly cleaned with No. 3 Cleanser in order to remove oil dust and make-up residues.
- Cover the lower eyelid: either use medical tape or a cover pad from your kit
- Apply a thin layer of Glue to the upper eyelid along the eyelash line. Wait 3 sec. before applying the silicone pad along the eyelash line. Repeat for the other eye.
- Now choose the right silicone pad (if necessary cut it to the correct size) and apply glue to the curved side of it wait 2-3 minutes and then place it very close to the eyelash line. Repeat for the other eye.
- Start lifting the eyelashes using the applicator it?s best to lift them one by one from the root onto the lift pad until all lashes are attached. Make sure they all are straight and nicely positioned next to each other. To correct one lash just give again a drop of glue to that lash so you can solve and separate it again.
- Apply No. 1 Perm Lotion with a microbrush which is included in your kit. Make sure to soak only the bottom half of the eyelashes from root to the middle avoid the tips. Cover with cling film and leave on for only 5-6 minutes (thick eyelashes 4 to 5 minutes thin eyelashes 2 to 3 minutes). Then remove the Perm Lotion with a cotton swab and some water.
- Repeat step 6 but now using the No.2 Fixing Gel make sure you change the microbrush and don?t mix Fix Lotion and Perm Lotion.
- Use the No. 3 Cleanser to remove any residue. Remove the silicone pad carefully with some water and a cotton bud comb the eyelashes with a mascara brush.
- Intermediate step: if desired you can now tint the lashes (not included in the kit)
- Apply No. 4 Conditioner with a microbrush in order to strengthen nourish and protect the eyelashes. The beautiful lift will last for up to 8 weeks.

- cotton pads cotton buds and make-up remover to clean eyelashes in preparation
- Primer to cleanse the eyelids and eyelashes of their oiliness
- Lint free pads for the lower eyelid disposable pads to mask the eyelashes on the lower eyelid
- Microbrushes to place the eyelashes on the silicon pad and to apply gel on them
- Palillos wooden sticks to separate individual eyelashes on the silicon pads

*We offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not be dispatched until Monday. The exception is for custom orders, but anything beyond our standard dispatch time is communicated before and at checkout.
We offer free on orders over 75 EUR. Delivery time depends on courier services. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the express service.
We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.
International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
