Susan · Founder
The dreamer, creator, designer, and the original engine of XXL Lashes. From the logo on the box to the glue inside the bottle, almost everything you see has passed through her mind and her hands. She built this company with relentless dedication, often sacrificing evenings, weekends, and sleep to keep it alive. Today, she steps into a new stage of life, but not away. Susan remains our guiding voice, sharing two decades of wisdom, mentoring us, and ensuring every decision carries the DNA of XXL Lashes. For the first time, she can also enjoy evenings with friends, mornings at the beach, or quiet nights with her favourite series. She deserves it. And yet, she is still here, watching over everything we do.
Yascha · The Next Generation
Susan’s son, and the one who refused to let his mother’s work end. He brings with him a background in finance and biotechnology start-ups, supplement manufacturing, and cosmetics, but more importantly, he brings fire. Negotiating with suppliers, driving advanced product formulations, managing operations. He is the strategist, the builder, the one who sees not just what XXL Lashes is, but what it can become. His vision is clear: stronger products, smarter systems, and a company that professionals can depend on for decades to come.
Kathrin · Head of Operations
The backbone of XXL Lashes. For years, Kathrin has been the quiet but unwavering force holding everything together. She is the voice behind countless customer messages, the one solving problems before most people even know they exist, the one who never leaves until the job is done. Loyal, meticulous, and tireless, she embodies what it means to lead by example. If XXL Lashes has survived its hardest moments, Kathrin is one of the main reasons why.
Graciela · Head of Logistics
The powerhouse. The energy. The organizer who transforms chaos into order. Graciela is the one making sure every package leaves on time, every stock level is checked, every detail is ready before the deadline. She is up early, stays late, and somehow brings positivity to every task, no matter how heavy. Ask her to do something, and before you’ve written it down, it’s already done. Without her, our warehouses would not move. With her, they run like clockwork.
Elke · Support and Training Specialist
One of the very first people to stand beside us, Elke was there through it all. She handled everything. From customer support to shipments, packaging, and administration, and was always ready when help was needed most. A certified trainer and product tester, she was often the first to try new batches, providing honest, detailed feedback that shaped our quality standards. Whenever someone was ill or the workload overflowed, Elke stepped in without hesitation. Always available and always reliable, she gave her best through the years. She became the fifth pillar of XXL Lashes.

The list is too long to name everyone. But every single person, in their own way, left a fingerprint on our history.
