Die Diamond Tip Pinzetten sind die innovativsten Pinzetten auf dem Markt für Wimpernverlängerugen. Sie eignen sich sowohl für klassische 1:1- als auch für Volumen-Technik. Aufgrund ihrer Genauigkeit und einfachen Handhabung sind sie die perfekten Pinzetten für die Volumen-Technik.
Es gibt drei besondere Eigenschaften, die sie gegenüber gewöhnlichen Pinzetten unterscheiden:
1. DIAMANT-SPITZEN: Während normale Pinzetten glatte Flächen an ihren Spitzen haben, sind diese innen mit extrem feinen Diamantpartikeln beschichtet, um selbst die feinsten Wimpern fest im Griff zu halten. Die Spitzen sind perfekt parallel ausgerichtet, so dass sie sehr feines Haar mit großer Genauigkeit greifen, um problemlos Präzisionsfächer zu erzeugen.
2. AUSGEWOGENER GRIFF: Die Federung des Griffs steht nur unter leicher Spannung. Deshalb bieten diese Pinzetten ein bequemes und einfaches Drücken, ohne Daumen und Zeigefinger zu ermüden. Mit ihrem geringen Gewicht von 15,5 gr und einer Länge von 13 cm sind die Pinzetten leicht und bequem zu halten, ohne die Hand zu belasten.
3. GOLD-GRIFFMUSTER: Die Griffe haben ein hochglanzpoliertes Gold-Finish mit einem geätzten Muster. Das Rautenmuster bietet den Fingern einen sicheren Halt ohne Abrutschen, um eine Ermüdung der Hände zu vermeiden.

DELIVERY
*We offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not be dispatched until Monday. The exception is for custom orders, but anything beyond our standard dispatch time is communicated before and at checkout.
We offer free on orders over 75 EUR. Delivery time depends on courier services. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the express service.
We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.
International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
