From the moment the goods leave our premises, which happens at lightning speed from our end, we no longer have control on the further course of action and have to rely on the services of third parties. You will, by all means, receive tracking notifications from us.

We, however, regret to inform you that our liability for delivery on schedule and refund of express charges for a delay in receipt of goods are excluded. Your co-operation in the matter is solicited.
