❤️ Queste ciglia singole sono in molti casi chiamate anche 'ciglia di visone' , "Ciglia di seta" sebbene non siano realizzate in visone o fibra di seta. Sono i preferiti dagli stilisti di ciglia per la loro caratteristica ultraleggera e l'aspetto completamente naturale, insieme al loro obiettivo, ossia quello di aggiungere molto volume.
❤️ La tecnica o il metodo 1:1 consiste nell'aggiungere una singola ciglia artificiale a ciascuna ciglia naturale, per mantenere un aspetto naturale.
❤️ La tecnica del volume, “The Volume Technique”, consiste nel raggruppare alcune ciglia, incollare le estremità assieme per formare un ventaglio e fissarle alle singole ciglia naturali per un look extra glamour.
❤️ Queste ciglia sono realizzate con polimeri sintetici ipoallergenici e micro fibre elastiche. Ciò conferisce loro le stesse caratteristiche dei capelli naturali senza alcuna sostanza organica utilizzata.
Le fibre PBT forniscono proprietà di ritenzione dei ricci e quindi aiutano a mantenere la loro forma arcuata. Le estensioni sono facili da applicare e rimuovere. Sono comode da indossare e, se applicate correttamente secondo le istruzioni, non provocano alcuna irritazione della pelle nella zona degli occhi né danneggiano le ciglia naturali.
❤️ Un vassoio contiene circa 4000 ciglia. Sono confezionati strettamente in file su strisce e possono essere comodamente prelevate singolarmente dalla scatola. I clienti sono particolarmente parziali per la scatola che viene fornita con 7 diverse lunghezze.

DELIVERY
*We offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not be dispatched until Monday. The exception is for custom orders, but anything beyond our standard dispatch time is communicated before and at checkout.
We offer free on orders over 75 EUR. Delivery time depends on courier services. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the express service.
We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.
International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
