Se avete applicato lo smalto XXL LacLine vuol dire che siete arrivate all'ultimo step quello del top-coat lo strato di protezione che sigilla e lucida il vostro smalto. Anche per questo vale la regola dello strato sottile e su tutti gli angoli dell'unghio ovviamente senza arrivare alla pelle. Pure il top-coat si asciuga in 120 secondi sotto la lampada UV e 30 secondi sotto quella a LED.
Questo sigillante XXL LacLine è uno speciale protettore che salva le nostre unghie dai graffi e dalle crepe e può essere applicato sullo smalto o direttamente sull'unghio naturale.
Asciugandosi lascia uno strato appiccicoso sull'unghio il cosiddetto 'sweat layer' o film di dispersione che potrete facilmente rimuovere con un dischetto di cotone imbevuto di remover. A questo punto le vostre unghie sono definitivamente pronte ad affrontare ogni vostra faccenda quotidiana anche la più insidiosa. E nessuna preoccupazione: non macchiano né si macchiano.
Con questo passaggio avete fatto tutto quello che era necessario per una perfetta applicazione dello smalto e potrete godervi le vostre nuove bellissime unghie per due intere settimane senza graffi o venature.
Lo smalto UV non dura due settimane sulle vostre unghie? Di seguito trovate alcune possibili ragioni:
Solo un'applicazione effettuata perfettamente passo dopo passo come indicato nella nostra guida 'step-by-step' vi permette di godere dei risultati al massimo della loro durata. Verificate se uno dei seguenti punti è la causa della vita breve del vostro smalto:
- - Le unghie erano ben pulite e sgrassate?
- - La superficie era completamente priva di residui di remover (ad esempio acetone)??
- - Avete pulito la superficie con dell'alcol?
- - Avete applicato il fondo base-coat?
- - Avete fatto attenzione ad applicare gli strati in maniera sottile?
- - Avete raggiunto tutti gli angoli dell'unghio?
- - Siete sicure che il fondo base-coat o il top-coat non fossero esageratamente sottili?
- - Avete lasciato asciugare lo smalto sotto la lampada UV come da istruzioni?
- - Avete agitato bene la boccetta dello smalto prima di utilizzarlo?
Prendete nota di questi preziosi accorgimenti e vedrete che la prossima volta otterrete i risultati desiderati.
DELIVERY
*We offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may not be dispatched until Monday. The exception is for custom orders, but anything beyond our standard dispatch time is communicated before and at checkout.
We offer free on orders over 75 EUR. Delivery time depends on courier services. Upgrade is available at checkout if you prefer the express service.
We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.
International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
