Non tutti i solventi per rimuovere lo smalto contengono acetone. Solo quelli che lo contengono però sono in grado di rimuovere gli smalti UV a lunga durata come XXL LacLine.
A riguardo occorre sapere che il remover è un solvente chimico e in quanto tale è particolarmente aggressivo sull’unghio. Se utilizzato in maniera continuativa può danneggiarne la superficie sgretolarla e seccarla. Anche la pelle attorno viene privata della sua idratazione naturale. Per questo motivo vi consigliamo di leggere con attenzione i seguenti consigli su come rimuovere al meglio lo smalto e così evitare di danneggiare le proprie unghie naturali.
Come rimuovere lo smalto XXL LacLine:
Rimuovere XXL LacLine è semplicissimo per toglierlo non è necessario strofinarlo con il remover e vi permette di applicargli sopra un altro colore a scelta.
 Irruvidite leggermente la superficie |   Bagnate ¼ di dischetto di cotone rispettivamente un Pad con del remover posizionatelo sull'unghio e avvolgetelo con della carta stagnola - lasciatelo agire per 5-10 minuti |
 La lucidità dell'unghio viene via dalla superficie una volta tolto il cotone imbevuto di remover e una volta tolto via con uno spingi cuticole di metallo o un bastoncino di palissandro. |  Se lo smalto non dovesse venir via facilmente lasciate agire meglio il remover e riprovate dopo un paio di minuti. |

Come prendersi cura delle proprie unghie:
Le mani e le unghie dovrebbero essere regolarmente trattate con delle lozioni nutrienti e appositi oli per unghie. I prodotti migliori sono quelli privi di paraffina come quelli a base di olio d'oliva.E’ buona norma massaggiare le cuticole regolarmente con olio anche quando le vostre unghie sono smaltate.
Nei momenti di passaggio tra un'applicazione e un'altra seguite questa preziosa procedura: se rimuovete lo smalto la sera non applicatene subito un altro ma trattate le vostre unghie con dell'olio e smaltatele nuovamente solo il giorno dopo.
Chiaro che la superficie dell’unghio dovrà essere sgrassata di nuovo con dell’alcol prima della successiva applicazione. Questa operazione permetterà alle fibre dell’unghio naturale di rigenerarsi nel corso della notte.
Note:
Nelle prime ore dopo la rimozione dello smalto noterete che le vostre unghie sono molto morbide. Questo è assolutamente normale ed è dovuto alla cheratina contenuta nelle unghie che hanno così bisogno d'aria per 'indurirsi”.DELIVERY

We ship internationally. Items are shipped either from our Spain warehouse or for German market from our German warehouse.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Postage is charged based on a standard parcel, but if shipping costs more than what we have charged you, we will absorb the excess and never ask you to pay more.
International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import charges/taxes specific to their delivery address which may be due at point of delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A documentation about a defect, like photos, will be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
